Every Styling Kit, Mat, Ribbon & Wax seal is Hand made in house & limited collections & therefore NON-RETURNABLE.
If for any reason your order is damaged, please reach out immediately so we can make it right!
*what is immediately? Within 20 days of your order being placed. (This way if you're on vacation or LIFE is happening you still have time!)
We are a small business, we pride ourselves on our quality & designs. When we launch a new styling kit or styling mat, that process started 12 months prior with the selection of the perfect fabrics & trend forecasting. Countless hours were spent on curating every last detail to ensure that all aspects worked flawlessly together. All Styling Details & Styling Mats are limited collections & therefore non-returnable.

We do our very best to ensure that every order is carefully packaged & shipped out to you. However, we are only human & sometimes mistakes happen & things break in transport.
Please allow us the opportunity to make things right!!! I will personally answer you back ASAP. If it is a weekend when you receive your order, please allow a longer response time than 24 hours. I do travel & style for weddings. I promise I will respond back ASAP & ship out a replacement as soon as I am back in the studio! Ensuring my clients are happy is one of my core foundations of this company.
